WE MISS YOU!
To our Valued ReNew Family,
We at ReNew Therapeutic Massage Center have missed you! We value and appreciate your continued support during this unprecedented journey.
Your kind messages and support of our business means the world to us. It is proof of the amazing Renew community we have grown our business on, and the "why" we love what we do every day for our Renew client-family. Together, we truly are stronger! THANK YOU for standing with us together through this journey.
We are now open. We are operating based on the reopening guidelines and regulations established by the State of Maryland, Maryland Department of Health, OSHA, and the CDC.
While ReNew has always met stringent sanitation requirements; we will now more visibly display those efforts as we continue to follow sanitation protocols with enhanced safety measures, in between clients with disinfectants that are verified to ensure they meet the EPA’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID- 19.
Each of our treatment rooms is equipped with a HEPA Air Purifier with a built-in UV-C sanitizer to clean the air in the room. We will be alternating rooms in-between client’s so that there is enough time to properly sanitize and disinfect treatment rooms.
ReNew’s sanitation and disinfection protocols will also include treating the rooms with UV-C light treatment disinfect treatment rooms, in-between clients.
When arriving for your appointment:
-
Our waiting area is closed. When you arrive please call the Center and wait in your car or outside. We will call or text you when you can be seen for your appointment. NO guests except for the guest receiving the service will be permitted.
-
When you get to our door, we will record your temperature. (Massage Practitioners temperature is tested at the start of their shift)

You will be required to wear a face mask during the session. When you are face down if you feel comfortable adjustments will be made, and the face mask can be removed temporarily.
